To change her workouts Kaley started spinning classes & goes 3 times a week. She also does the yoga in morning for body strength. One of her much loved abs exercise circuits involves a BOSU Ball sit-up to squat jump, plank jumping jacks, & alternating prone dumbbell tricep kickbacks on the floor. Every of these exercises occupy a grand deal of abs, but incorporate numerous other body parts to further contribute to fat burning & overall fitness.
